PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)
General information on the Personal Data Protection Law
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) was enacted to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, in particular the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, and to set out the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data and the procedures and principles they must follow.
Pursuant to the KVKK, LAPITEK MACHINERY AND JEWELRY MANUFACTURING LTD. (https://lapitek.com/), in its capacity as data controller, informs and clarifies its customers, merchant partners, employees, and job applicants as set out below, within the scope of Article 10 of the KVKK.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Such information may include, for example, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, or the IP address of the computer you use to access our website.
