WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION – RETURN POLICY
When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, https://lapitek.com/, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-contract information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation, regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
Shipping costs for product delivery shall be paid by the buyers.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s shipping expense.
IF DELIVERY CANNOT BE MADE ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If force majeure events that the seller could not foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer is informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order: if payment was made in cash, this amount is paid to the buyer in cash within 14 days of cancellation; if payment was made by credit card and the buyer cancels, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation, although it may take the bank 2–3 weeks to credit the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery and shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services (dented, broken, torn packaging, etc.) from the carrier. Goods/services accepted on delivery are deemed undamaged and intact. The buyer must carefully preserve the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not have been used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer may, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to the buyer or to the person/organization at the address indicated by the buyer, exercise the right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, provided that the seller is notified through the contact details below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the buyer purchased a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. For service contracts where performance has begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the seller within the 14 (fourteen) day period by registered post with return receipt, fax, or e-mail, and the product must not have been used within the scope of the “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used” provisions set out in this agreement.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or to the buyer (if the invoice for the product to be returned is issued to a company, it must be sent together with a return invoice issued by that company. Returns for orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.)
The return form and the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and standard accessories if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Within at most 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, the seller is obliged to refund the total price and documents that place the buyer under any obligation, and to take back the goods within 20 days.
If the value of the goods decreases due to a reason attributable to the buyer or return becomes impossible, the buyer is liable to compensate the seller’s losses in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration arising from proper use of the goods or product during the withdrawal period.
If use of the right of withdrawal causes the order total to fall below a campaign threshold set by the seller, the discount benefit received under the campaign is cancelled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
Goods prepared at the buyer’s request or clearly in line with personal needs and not suitable for return; underwear, swimwear and bikini bottoms, cosmetics, disposable products, goods liable to spoil quickly or with an imminent expiry date; products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened by the buyer after delivery; products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature; periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those supplied under a subscription contract; services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer; and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software, data storage devices, computer consumables—returns are not possible under the Regulation if the packaging has been opened by the buyer. Likewise, withdrawal cannot be used for services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, as required by the Regulation.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the buyer defaults on payment made by credit card, the buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes to pay interest under the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank and to be liable to the bank. In this case the relevant bank may take legal action and may claim costs and attorney fees from the buyer; in any event, if the buyer defaults due to their debt, the buyer accepts that they will pay the seller’s loss and damage arising from late performance of the debt.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
On our site you may pay with your credit cards using online single payment or, where available, online installment options. For online payments, the amount will be charged from your credit card when your order is completed.

- Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a period not exceeding the statutory 30-day limit. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete, in conformity with the specifications stated in the order, and together with documents such as a warranty certificate or user manual where applicable.
- If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
